Partner of Ramón y Cajal since 2012, after five years at Bufete Ribalta and nine years at Garrigues.

He specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on acquisitions, equity investments, shareholders' agreements and financial law. Until 2012, his career focused on recurring corporate and contractual advice, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the industrial and renewable energy sectors.

Since 2008, he has combined his activity in the Commercial Law department with the area of Financial Law, participating in restructuring and refinancing operations of business groups affected by the financial crisis.
