Rafael works in the Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration Department, defending and leading the legal team in a wide range of judicial and arbitration procedures, performing his legal work throughout Spain and before any judicial authority.

He has provided legal advisory services to important financial institutions and large companies, with proven extensive experience in the field of civil and commercial law. Particularly significant is his participation in issues relating to bank contracts, the securities market, debt recovery, and civil liability, both contractual and non-contractual.

In addition, in matters of commercial law he has participated in drawing up legal reports and opinions on a wide range of issues, particularly relating to commercial banking practice, insolvency legislation, legislation on securities market and investment products, as well as the liability of company directors.
