Diego joined the firm in 2016. Before that, he worked at PwC Tax & Legal services, where he began his career in 2008 in the Finance and Banking Department. A couple of years later, in 2012, Diego joined the Transactions Department of the same firm.

His legal practice has been focused on providing legal advice to banking entities, developers (capital risk funds, among others) and funding receivers in all kinds of financial transactions, including: acquisition funding (including assets -production centres, emblematic buildings, etc.- and companies -LBOs and MBOs-), project finance (commercial centres, industrial plants, energy sector projects, etc.), structured and cross-border financing, refinancing and liability restructuring (both before and after entering into receivership), as well as disposal transactions of non-strategic assets for credit institutions (sales processes of secured and unsecured NPL portfolios). He also has a broad professional experience in providing advice on aspects of mortgage and registry law.
