Experience

Miguel has a large experience in advising listed and unlisted companies, financial institutions and investments banks in national and international securities market transactions (equity and debt transactions), both in regulated and non-regulated markets. In particular, he advises on transactions carried out by Ibex-35 companies, such as public offers of securities (including a takeover bid), high-yield bond issues and block trades, as well as in IPOs. Miguel also has experience in advising companies on matters relating to corporate governance and corporate law in general. During his time at the firm, Miguel has also participated in M&A transactions.

Before joining the firm in 2011, Miguel worked at the legal department of Samsung (Spain), at the investor relations department of Banco Santander (UK) and at BBVA. He began his legal career at the law firm De Castro Morenilla, Estudio de Abogados.

Education

  • Miguel holds a combined degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid.
