Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Aexx Capital on a €55 million financing granted for the development of a luxury real estate complex in Palma.

The transaction was led by Pablo Rodríguez Abelenda [1], partner of the Banking & Finance practice, and Francisco Bengoetxea [2], partner of the Urban Planning practice, with the support of associates David Calleja Carretón and Ane Basterretxea.
