Experience
Santiago has extensive experience advising on both domestic and international capital markets and corporate law transactions. He has advised on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) in numerous transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and the establishment, update, and drawdowns under MTN and CP programs. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Additionally, he has experience in securitisations, financing and refinancing transactions, NPL transactions, M&A transactions, and regulatory matters related to capital markets.
Santiago worked for several years in the Markets and Financial Services department of a recognised international law firm.
