Assets of Public Administrations

The Department of Administrative Law and Regulatory regularly counsels individuals and public and private entities in all matters relating to:

  • Assets of general government and, particularly, its protection and defense: survey, recovery of office and administrative eviction.

  • Affection and disaffection in the public domain, use and exploitation of property rights and part of that heritage: issue of licenses and concessions demaniales, holding leases, creation of surface rights

  • Its asset management: purchase, lease, transfer and encumbrance.

The operation of this department has taken place both with respect to real estate as personal property, both state-owned land as nature heritage.
