Experience

Diana is the Senior Associate of the firm’s Competition and Antitrust Litigation practices.

She advises and represents large domestic and international companies across a wide range of sectors in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on civil damages claims arising from infringements of Competition Law. She has developed her practice since the early stages of this type of litigation in Spain and has been involved in several landmark cases that have helped shape the legal and economic standards applicable in this field.

She has experience advising both claimants and defendants, which allows her to approach to this area of Litigation with a comprehensive understanding of its procedural, strategic, and economic dimensions.

She also has experience in litigation relating to unfair competition, trademark infringement, and the misappropriation of trade secrets.
