Eduardo Reigadas is Senior Associate of the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration Practice and joined the firm in September 2010.

Expert in Civil and Commercial Litigation. Extensive experience in the prevention and resolution of complex disputes, with a special focus on contractual conflicts (construction, energy, financial and banking, real estate, M&A), corporate disputes (shareholder disputes, challenging corporate resolutions, director liability), and civil liability. Additionally experienced in enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy matters.

Involved in all types of proceedings and instances before Spanish courts, as well as in national and international commercial arbitrations before various arbitration courts (International Chamber of Commerce -ICC-, Court of Arbitration of Madrid -CAM-, Spanish Court of Arbitration -CEA-, Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association, etc.), as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. Has served also as administrative secretary to the arbitral tribunal.
