He joined the firm in 2013, after practising as a lawyer in procedural insolvency and arbitration law at a renowned international firm.

He specialises in civil and commercial procedural law, and has long-term experience in all types of contractual and non-contractual liability proceedings. Of interest is his involvement in litigation related to financial agreements and the securities market, as well as litigation related to construction (claims for vices or constructive defects, conflicts arising from EPC contracts or the enforcement of guarantees, amongst others). He has experience in commercial judicial proceedings (directors’ liability, challenge of corporate resolutions and unfair competition procedures) and provides advice in insolvency law.

He participates as legal counsel in national and international commercial arbitration, holding office as Secretary of the Arbitration Tribunal. He also has experience in arbitration proceedings conducted before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Spanish Arbitration Court, Civil and Commercial Arbitration Court (CIMA), Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and ad hoc arbitration proceedings.

He is regularly involved in pro bono cases.
