Experience
Lucas focuses his practice on commercial and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and the structuring of corporate transactions. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on investment and divestment transactions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings and commercial disputes, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including EPC, O&M, PPA, supply, agency, distribution and sponsorship agreements.
He has extensive experience providing legal advice across a range of industries, with a particular focus on the agrifood and energy sectors, where he advises developers and utilities on commercial and regulatory matters throughout the different stages of project development, construction and financing.
