Lawyer in the litigation area of the Madrid office. He joined the Firm as a partner in December 2010.

Specialist in judicial processes relating to civil law, commercial law, banking and the securities market. He particularly deals with arbitration procedures, judicial processes in commercial matters (challenging corporate resolutions, unfair competition actions), civil processes in a variety of matters (claims for construction defects, actions in rem, actions relating to contractual breaches, etc.), as well as the defence of banks for liability in interest rate hedging derivatives, simple and structured bonds, preferred shares and other investments.

As Government Lawyer (Abogado del Estado), he has nine years' experience in civil and commercial processes, handling a wide range of cases, in particular defence of the assets of the Government in contractual matters and claims of non-contractual liability against individuals, as well as in legal/real estate issues.
