Norma has extensive experience in corporate management and organizational development.

After eleven years at Grupo PRISA within the Human Resources area, where she consolidated her experience in talent management and support to the various business units, she joined Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 2013.

She currently serves as Deputy Managing Partner, with responsibility over strategic areas of the firm such as Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Finance, Systems, and overall firm management.

Her work focuses on driving efficiency, sustainable growth, and organizational evolution within the firm, integrating strategic vision, operational management, and cross-functional leadership.
