Experience
Santiago is Senior Associate of the Civil Litigation Practice and joined the firm in January 2013, having begun his professional career in the area of Commercial and Corporate Law.
He specialises in all types of civil and commercial legal proceedings, focusing in particular on disputes relating to business leases, eviction proceedings and payment claims, mainly in relation to large shopping centres. He also has extensive experience in acting as defence lawyer in relation to banking agreements and in enforcement and insolvency proceedings.
In addition he advises on matters relating to Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, having acted as secretary to the board of directors of all kinds of companies, participated in due diligence procedures and carried out a wide range of corporate transactions.

- Degree in Law from the University of Navarra (2006-2010).
- Diploma in Economic Law from the IESE Business School (2006-2010).
Teaching
Professor of Civil Law Practice on the Master’s Degree in Admission to the Bar and on the Master’s Degree in Business Law of the University of Navarra.
