Ramón y Cajal acted as legal advisor to Bankinter Investment (as arranger), and to Bankinter and PKF Attest (as dealers) in connection with the establishment of Grupopikolin’s €150 million sustainability-linked notes program registered with MARF, as well as the subsequent inaugural €125 million note offering split into an €82.5 million series due 2030 and a €42.5 million series due 2034, both admitted to trading on MARF.
