Senior Associate in the Civil Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration Department, she joined the Firm in January 2020.
She has extensive experience in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in the fields of civil and commercial law, particularly in litigation related to civil liability, financial and investment products, debt claims, and eviction proceedings. She also advises on insolvency and restructuring matters, taking part in insolvency proceedings and pre-insolvency stages, representing both debtor companies and creditors.
In addition, she is involved in advising on transactions involving the sale and purchase of loan and asset portfolios, as well as single-name transactions (NPAs, NPLs, REOs), both secured and unsecured.
