Carmen is a senior associate in the Commercial Law Department of the Madrid office of Ramón y Cajal Abogados, where she joined in June 2017.

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts. She has extensive experience in investment and divestment proces­ses, corporate restructurings, structural modifications and joint ventures of domestic and foreign companies in various sec­tors and industries. She also advises on a wide variety of com­mercial matters, including corporate and contractual aspects.

Before joining Ramon y Cajal Abogados she worked as a lawyer for seven years in prestigious national law firms, advising on M&A transactions, corporate transactions (incorporation of companies, amendment of bylaws, corporate restructuring), investment proces­ses, drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, as well as in the management of secretarial services of capital companies.
