5th ECLA Annual Competition Law Conference
The European Competition Lawyers Association hosted the 5th ECLA Annual Competition Law Conference in Mallorca on 5/6 May 2023.
The conference addressed several topics such as the Foreign Subsidies Regulation, competition law in M&A transactions, the latest trends in abuse of dominance and how abuse of dominance enforcement might evolve over the next period.
